Today my mantra is Expansion.
When I allow myself to experience the concept of expansion to its fullest I feel unlimited. It's helpful to let go of all my plans that come from having a narrow, constricted view of myself and the world and allow myself to fall into a state of innocence.
Today I allow unplanned expansion. I relish this unlimited, deliciously foolish open state of being. From there I have access to the entire universe from a single point, that is not even a point, within my internal self. Within me I access everything and nothing at the same time.
Today I remember Expansion.
